1. Subscription Fees

All subscription payments are charged based on the selected plan and duration.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment deducted but subscription not activated
  • Technical issue from our side preventing service usage, within 7 days

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Failure to use the software
  • Account suspension due to policy violation
